All of soaps and grooming products are made by hand in Washington, DC USA.

After use, pat dry, and store in a cool dry place. This will allow the soap to last longer.  

Great question. You don't need a shave brush to use our shave soaps. You can create a lather by rubbing the soap in your hands. Using a shave brush will allow you to create a quicker and thicker lather.

All of our soaps are made with natural ingredients without harsh chemicals. Our soaps are made with the best oils and butters. You should read the particular soap product page to make sure you're not allergic to certain ingredients we use in our soaps. Also when you receive the soaps, test a small amount on your skin to make sure there isn't a allergic reaction.

Orders are usually shipped 24 to 48 hours after purchase.

Once product is shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

Yes, of course we do!

We make our return policy easy. Since our products are a consumable we cannot accept return products. If you have an issue with your purchase and we cannot replace it for you, we will simply give you a refund. Contact us at contact@dapperguru.com

1. Click the login icon on the upper left corner of the home page.

2. Enter your email and password and click the Login button.

3. On the account screen click the "Manage Subscription" button.

1. On the manage subscription page click "Add Product" button.

2. Select which product product you will like to add.

3. Customize your product details and click "Add Product" button. 

1. On the manage subscription click "delivery schedule" in the menu. You'll be taken to the "delivery schedule screen. Select which product you want to skip and press the "skip" button 

2. You will be asked to confirm the date and skip. Press "skip."

3. You will automatically taken back to the delivery schedule screen and your product should reflect that it's been skipped for that delivery date.

1. On the "schedule delivery" screen, click "manage subscription" on the product you want to cancel. 

2. On the "manage subscription" scroll to the bottom until you see "cancel subscription."

3. Click "cancel subscription." A screen will ask you to give a reason for the cancellation. Then click "proceed."

4. Provide further details (optional), and then click "cancel my subscription."
